Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senpai Studios. Because our products are uniquely customized and often made-to-order according to your preferences, processing times can vary.
While we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible (typically within 3-4 weeks), there might be delays, especially for custom designs or if we are awaiting your approval on a proof. Standard items will be processed within this 3-4 week timeframe.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping: We offer international shipping outside of the U.S. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our masterpieces, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly! We will always work with our customers to make things right.
If your product arrives damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and let us know so we can assist you.
